Your Role at Teen Bandar
The role is to lead the team and give them strategic direction.
You will need to have a good understanding of how to read a brief well and chart out the steps for us to approach the task at hand.
Specific requirements of the role:
- To be seen as a strategic partner by our clients
This role requires you, alongside the Client Servicing Partner, to build a close, constructive, proactive and open dialogue with clients. You must win their trust but not be afraid to challenge their thinking when required.
- To drive clutter breaking campaigns for brands we work with
These campaigns need to resonate with target audiences in order to have appeal in the right places. Your role will also be to champion these campaigns during client calls / meetings in order to secure their buy in
- To nurture excellence in creative work
You should be seen as a champion of creativity, working closely with the copy and design teams to deliver briefings and deliver original creative ideas.
- To create compelling narratives and presentations
You will need to create logical and compelling presentations (e.g. in order to pitch to new business, presenting learnings from competitor campaigns, insight into consumer behaviour, etc).
- To fully contribute to the success of the organisation
You will contribute to the wider business by helping to nurture, train and develop the junior team members (this could be someone working directly with you, or the wider team). Further, we expect that the work produced using strategies developed by you reflect well on our client and on us, helping cement our reputation as a compelling partner for brands to work with.
Skills and Experience:
- Background working in Strategy for a creative, marketing or advertising agency
- Strong command over creative copywriting
- Experience working across Digital and Mainline advertising
- 5-7 years of relevant work experience
